At This Cool Shop, we want you to love your order! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping for returns is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly. Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.
